കൊച്ചി: നടി ലക്ഷ്മിപ്രിയയ്ക്കെതിരായ പരാതിയിൽ ക്രിമിനൽ കേസെടുക്കാനാകില്ലെന്ന എറണാകുളം മജിസ്ട്രേറ്റ് കോടതി ഉത്തരവിനെതിരേ നടി അൻസിബ ഹസൻ നൽകിയ ഹർജിയിൽ ഹൈക്കോടതി തിങ്കളാഴ്ച വിധി പറയും. ഓൺലൈൻ ചാനൽ അഭിമുഖത്തിൽ ലക്ഷ്മിപ്രിയ നടത്തിയ അധിക്ഷേപ പരാമർശങ്ങളിൽ കേസെടുക്കാൻ ഉത്തരവിടണമെന്ന അൻസിബയുടെ ആവശ്യം മജിസ്ട്രേറ്റ് കോടതി തള്ളിയിരുന്നു.
ലക്ഷ്മിപ്രിയ പറഞ്ഞ കാര്യങ്ങളിൽ ക്രിമിനൽ കേസെടുക്കാനുള്ള ഗൗരവമേറിയ കുറ്റങ്ങളില്ലെന്നായിരുന്നു പോലീസിന്റെ നിലപാട്. അപകീർത്തിയുടെ വിഷയം മാത്രമാണുള്ളതെന്നും പോലീസ് വിശദീകരിച്ചു.
