മുസാഫർനഗർ: കുറഞ്ഞ കാലയളവിൽ ഒട്ടേറെ വധശിക്ഷാവിധികളിലൂടെ ശ്രദ്ധേയനായ ഉത്തർപ്രദേശ് മുസാഫർനഗർ അഡീഷണൽ ഡിസ്ട്രിക്ട്‌ ആൻഡ് സെഷൻസ് ജഡ്ജി രവികുമാർ ദിവാകറിനെ കുടുംബ കോടതിയിലേക്ക് സ്ഥലംമാറ്റി.
ആറുമാസത്തിനിടെ 11 കേസുകളിലായി 23 പേർക്ക് വധശിക്ഷ വിധിച്ച അദ്ദേഹത്തെ അലഹാബാദ് ഹൈക്കോടതിയുടെ ഉത്തരവിനെത്തുടർന്നാണ് മാറ്റിയത്. ഏപ്രിൽമുതൽ സെപ്‌റ്റംബർവരെയുള്ള കാലയളവിലായിരുന്നു ഈ ശിക്ഷാവിധികൾ.
കൊലപാതകം ഉൾപ്പെടെ തീർപ്പുകല്പിക്കാത്ത നൂറോളം കേസ് ഫയലുകൾ രവികുമാർ ദിവാകറിന്റെ കോടതിയിൽനിന്ന് ജില്ലാ സെഷൻസ് ജഡ്ജി ബി.കെ. സിങ്ങിന്റെ ഉത്തരവിനെത്തുടർന്ന് മാറ്റിയത് വലിയ ചർച്ചകൾക്ക് വഴിവെച്ചിരുന്നു. വാരാണസിയിലെ ഗ്യാൻവാപി പള്ളിയിൽ വീഡിയോസർവേ നടത്താൻ ഉത്തരവിട്ടതിലൂടെയും വാർത്തകളിൽ ഇടംനേടിയ ജഡ്ജിയാണ് രവികുമാർ ദിവാകർ.
