ലക്ഷ്മിപ്രിയയ്ക്കും ശ്വേതാ മേനോനുമെതിരായി നേരത്തെ അൻസിബ ഹസൻ പാലാരിവട്ടം പോലീസിൽ പരാതി നൽകിയിരുന്നു. സാമൂഹികമാധ്യമങ്ങളിലൂടെ അപവാദപ്രചാരണം നടത്തുന്നു, സ്ത്രീത്വത്തെ അപമാനിക്കുന്നു എന്നീ ആരോപണങ്ങളായിരുന്നു പരാതിയിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നത്.
കൊച്ചി: ലക്ഷ്മിപ്രിയക്കെതിരായ പരാതിയിൽ നടി അൻസിബ ഹസൻ നേരിട്ട് കോടതിയിൽ ഹാജരാവണമെന്ന് കോടതി. എറണാകുളം മജിസ്ട്രേറ്റ് കോടതിയുടേതാണ് നിർദേശം. മൊഴിയെടുപ്പിനായി കോടതിയിൽ ഹാജരാവാനാണ് അൻസിബയോട് കോടതി നിർദേശിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്.
ലക്ഷ്മിപ്രിയയ്ക്കും ശ്വേതാ മേനോനുമെതിരായി നേരത്തെ അൻസിബ ഹസൻ പാലാരിവട്ടം പോലീസിൽ പരാതി നൽകിയിരുന്നു. സാമൂഹികമാധ്യമങ്ങളിലൂടെ അപവാദപ്രചാരണം നടത്തുന്നു, സ്ത്രീത്വത്തെ അപമാനിക്കുന്നു എന്നീ ആരോപണങ്ങളായിരുന്നു പരാതിയിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നത്. യൂട്യൂബ് ചാനൽ ഉടമയ്ക്കെതിരെയും പരാതിയിൽ പരാമർശമുണ്ടായിരുന്നു.
പരാതിയിൽ കേസെടുക്കാൻ കഴിയില്ലെന്നായിരുന്നു പോലീസ് നിലപാട്. തുടർന്നാണ് അൻസിബ കോടതിയെ സമീപിച്ചത്.
സ്ത്രീത്വത്തെ അപമാനിച്ചുവെന്ന വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം കേസെടുക്കാൻ കഴിയില്ലെന്ന് പോലീസ് കോടതിയിൽ റിപ്പോർട്ട് നൽകി. മാനനഷ്ടത്തിന് അൻസിബയ്ക്ക് കോടതിയെ സമീപിക്കാമെന്നും പോലീസ് റിപ്പോർട്ടിലുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. ഇക്കാര്യം പോലീസ് നേരത്തെ അൻസിബയെയും അറിയിച്ചു.
കേസ് പരിഗണിക്കവെയാണ് അൻസിബയോട് നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരാവാൻ കോടതി നിർദേശിച്ചത്. അടുത്തമാസം 29-ന് മുമ്പ് കോടതിയിൽ ഹാജരാവണം.
നേരത്തെ സമാനരീതിയിൽ അൻസിബയുടെ പരാതിയിൽ കേസെടുക്കാൻ പോലീസ് വിസമ്മതിച്ചിരുന്നു. ടിനി ടോമിനും മറ്റൊരു സംഭവത്തിൽ ലക്ഷ്മിപ്രിയയ്ക്കുമെതിരെയായിരുന്നു പരാതി. അന്ന് അൻസിബ കോടതിയെ സമീപിച്ചു. ഇരുപരാതികളിലും കേസെടുത്ത് അന്വേഷിക്കാൻ കോടതി ഉത്തരവിടുകയായിരുന്നു.

Ansiba had originally approached the Palarivattom police alleging that the accused insulted her womanhood and ran a defamatory campaign against her through YouTube channels. However, the police submitted a report to the court stating that a case under charges of outraging a woman's modesty could not be registered and suggested she file a defamation suit instead. Following the police report, the magistrate court instructed Ansiba to appear before the court prior to the 29th of next month to proceed with the legal process. Notably, police had previously refused to register cases on similar complaints by Ansiba against Tini Tom and Lakshmipriya, but the court later intervened and ordered investigations.
