വൈദ്യുതവാഹന മേഖലയിലേക്ക് കൂടുതൽ നിക്ഷേപം,കൂടുതൽ തൊഴിലവസരങ്ങൾ; പുതിയ മാർഗനിർദേശവുമായി കേന്ദ്രം
വൈദ്യുതക്കാറുകളുടെ ഉത്പാദനം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നത് ലക്ഷ്യമിട്ട് പുതിയ മാര്ഗനിര്ദേശവുമായി കേന്ദ്രസര്ക്കാര്. സുസ്ഥിരമായ വ്യവസായവികസനവും ഗ്രീന് മൊബിലിറ്റിയും മുന്നില്ക്കണ്ടാണ് കേന്ദ്ര ഘനവ്യവസായ മന്ത്രാലയം മാര്ഗനിര്ദേശം പുറത്തിറക്കിയത്. രാജ്യത്തെ വൈദ്യുതവാഹന മേഖലയിലേക്ക് കൂടുതല് നിക്ഷേപം ആകര്ഷിക്കുകയും കൂടുതല് തൊഴിലവസരങ്ങള് സൃഷ്ടിക്കുകയുമാണ് ലക്ഷ്യം. പുതിയ മാര്ഗനിര്ദേശമനുസിച്ച് സംരംഭകര്ക്ക് അപേക്ഷിക്കാനുള്ള സംവിധാനം ഉടന് സജ്ജമാകും. കുറഞ്ഞത് 120 ദിവസത്തേക്ക് ഇത് പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കും. അഞ്ചുലക്ഷം രൂപയാണ് അപേക്ഷാ ഫീസ്. ഇത് തിരിച്ചുലഭിക്കില്ല. പതിനായിരം കോടി രൂപയെങ്കിലും വാഹനനിര്മാണത്തില്നിന്ന് വരുമാനമുള്ളതും മൂവായിരം കോടി രൂപയില് കുറയാതെ സ്ഥിര ആസ്തി നിക്ഷേപമുള്ളതുമായ കമ്പനികള്ക്ക് അപേക്ഷിക്കാം. മെയ്ക് ഇന് ഇന്ത്യയുടെ ലക്ഷ്യം നേടുന്നതിനും ആഗോള വാഹനനിര്മാണ ഹബ്ബെന്നനിലയില് രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ സ്ഥാനം ഉയര്ത്തുന്നതിനും പുതിയ നയം സഹായകരമാകുമെന്ന് കേന്ദ്രമന്ത്രി എച്ച്.ഡി. കുമാരസ്വാമി പറഞ്ഞു.
ചുരുങ്ങിയത് 35,000 ഡോളര്, ഇന്ത്യന് രൂപയില് ഏകദേശം മുപ്പത് ലക്ഷം വിലയുള്ള കാറുകള് ഈ കാലയളവില് ഇറക്കുമതി ചെയ്യാം. പരമാവധി 8000 എണ്ണം. അഞ്ചുവര്ഷത്തേക്ക് അംഗീകൃതകമ്പനികള്ക്ക് നിശ്ചിത എണ്ണം വൈദ്യുതക്കാറുകള് 15 ശതമാനം കസറ്റംസ് ഡ്യൂട്ടി നിരക്കില് ഇറക്കുമതി ചെയ്യാന് അനുമതി. നിലവില് 110 ശതമാനം വരെയാണ് നിരക്ക്. ഇറക്കുമതിയിലുള്ള ഇളവ് പരമാവധി 6484 കോടിയായിരിക്കും. അനുമതി ലഭിച്ച് 3 വര്ഷത്തിനിടയില് 4150 കോടി രൂപ മിനിമം നിക്ഷേപം നടത്തണം. ഈ കാലയളവിനുള്ളില് വാഹനനിര്മാണം ആരംഭിക്കണം.
