ഛത്തീസ്ഗഢിലെ മാവോവാദി ആക്രമണത്തില് വീരമൃത്യു വരിച്ച സി.ആര്.പി.എഫ്. ജവാന് ആര്. വിഷ്ണുവിന്റെ മൃതദേഹം ജന്മനാട്ടിലെത്തിച്ചു. ഛത്തീസ്ഗഢിലെ സുക്മ ജില്ലയില് മാവോവാദികള് കുഴിച്ചിട്ട ഐ.ഇ.ഡി. പൊട്ടിത്തെറിച്ചാണ് വിഷ്ണു ഉള്പ്പെടെ രണ്ട് സി.ആര്.പി.എഫ്. ജവാന്മാര് വീരമൃത്യുവരിച്ചത്. ശനിയാഴ്ചയായിരുന്നു സംഭവം. ഉത്തര്പ്രദേശില്നിന്നുള്ള ശൈലേന്ദ്രയാണ് മരിച്ച മറ്റൊരു ജവാന്.
തിരുവനന്തപുരം പാലോട് നന്ദിയോട് ചെറ്റച്ചല് ഫാം ജങ്ഷനില് അനിഴം ഹൗസില് ജി. രഘുവരന്റെയും അജിതകുമാരിയുടെയും മകനാണ് വിഷ്ണു. സി.ആര്.പി.എഫില് ഡ്രൈവറായിരുന്നു. ശ്രീചിത്ര മെഡിക്കല് കോളേജില് നഴ്സായ നിഖിലയാണ് ഭാര്യ. മക്കള് നിര്ദേവ് (ഏഴുവയസ്സ്), നിര്വിന് (മൂന്നുവയസ്സ്).
