ന്യൂഡല്ഹി: 2023-24 വര്ഷങ്ങളിലെ വിശിഷ്ട കരകൗശല വിദഗ്ധര്ക്കുള്ള പുരസ്കാരങ്ങള് പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു. മൂന്ന് മലയാളി കരകൗശല വിദഗ്ധര് പുരസ്കാരാര്ഹരായി. സ്ട്രോ പിച്ചര് ക്രാഫ്റ്റില് പി. രാധാകൃഷ്ണ പിള്ളയ്ക്കും ടെറാക്കോട്ട ക്രാഫ്റ്റില് വി.കെ. ജയനും പാട്രി സ്ട്രോ വര്ക്കില് കെ. സുലൈമാന് കുട്ടിയുമാണ് അവര്ഡിനര്ഹരായ മലയാളികള്.
പുരസ്കാരദാനച്ചടങ്ങ് ഡിസംബര് ഒന്പതിന് ഡല്ഹിയിലെ വിജ്ഞാന് ഭവനില് നടക്കും. രാഷ്ട്രപതി ദ്രൗപദി മുര്മു ചടങ്ങില് വിശിഷ്ടാതിഥിയായി പങ്കെടുക്കും. ടെക്സ്റ്റയില്സ് മന്ത്രി ഗിരിരാജ് സിങ് അധ്യക്ഷനായിരിക്കും. ടെക്സ്റ്റയില്സ്, വിദേശകാര്യ സഹമനമന്ത്രി പാബിത്ര മാര്ഗരിറ്റ മുഖ്യാതിഥിയാവും.
ഡിസംബര് എട്ടുമുതല് 14 വരെ എല്ലാ വര്ഷവും ആചരിക്കുന്ന ദേശീയ കൗരശല വാരം, ഇന്ത്യയുടെ കലാകാരന്മാര്ക്കുള്ള ആദരവാണ്. ഈ വാരാഘോഷങ്ങളുടെ അവിഭാജ്യ ഘടകമാണ് പുരസ്കാരദാനം. രണ്ടുലക്ഷം രൂപയും ഷാളും പ്രശസ്തി ഫലകവുമടങ്ങുന്നതാണ് ശില്പഗുരു പുരസ്കാരം
