അപേക്ഷകര്‍ നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരാകേണ്ട അപേക്ഷകളില്‍ വീഡിയോകോള്‍ മതിയാകും. അപേക്ഷകളുടെ പകര്‍പ്പ് ഓഫീസുകളില്‍ എത്തിക്കേണ്ടതില്ല.
തിരുവനന്തപുരം: സെപ്റ്റംബർ 21-നുശേഷം മോട്ടോർ വാഹന വകുപ്പ് ഓഫീസുകളിലേക്ക് അപേക്ഷയുമായി ചെല്ലേണ്ടതില്ല. വകുപ്പുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട 60 അപേക്ഷകളും ആധാർ അധിഷ്ഠിത ഓൺലൈൻ സംവിധാനത്തിലേക്ക് മാറും.
നിലവിൽ ഡ്രൈവിങ് സംബന്ധമായ 21 സേവനങ്ങൾ മാത്രമാണ് പൂർണമായും ഓൺലൈനായിട്ടുള്ളത്.
വാഹന ഉടമയുടെ ആധാറുമായി ബന്ധിപ്പിച്ച മൊബൈൽ ഫോണിലേക്ക് വരുന്ന ഒറ്റത്തവണ പാസ്‌വേഡ് ആണ് സുരക്ഷാ ക്രമീകരണം. അപേക്ഷകൾ മുൻഗണനാക്രമത്തിൽ തീർപ്പാക്കും. അപേക്ഷകർ നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരാകേണ്ട അപേക്ഷകളിൽ വീഡിയോകോൾ മതിയാകും. അപേക്ഷകളുടെ പകർപ്പ് ഓഫീസുകളിൽ എത്തിക്കേണ്ടതില്ലെന്നും ഗതാഗത കമ്മിഷണർ നാഗരാജു ചകിലം അറിയിച്ചു.
