ന്യൂഡല്ഹി: കേരള ഫിലിം ഡിസ്ട്രിബ്യുട്ടേഴ്സ് അസോസിയേഷനിലെ ക്രമക്കേട് കണ്ടെത്തിയ റിപ്പോര്ട്ടില് നടപടി ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടുള്ള ഹര്ജിയില് സുപ്രീംകോടതി നോട്ടീസ് അയച്ചു. ജസ്റ്റിസുമാരായ വിക്രം നാഥ്, സന്ദീപ് മേത്ത എന്നിവര് അടങ്ങിയ ബെഞ്ചാണ് നോട്ടീസ് അയച്ചത്.
രസിക മൂവീസ് ഉടമ മനോജ് എന്. നല്കിയ ഹര്ജിയിലാണ് സുപ്രീംകോടതി നോട്ടീസ്. 2013 മുതല് 2023 വരെയുള്ള കാലയളവില് കേരള ഫിലിം ഡിസ്ട്രിബ്യുട്ടേഴ്സ് അസോസിയേഷനില് ഭാരവാഹികളായിരുന്നവര് വ്യാപകമായ ക്രമക്കേടും ഫണ്ട് ദുര്വിനിയോഗവും നടത്തിയെന്നാണ് മനോജിന്റെ പരാതി. ജില്ല രജിസ്ട്രാര് നടത്തിയ അന്വേഷണത്തില് ഇക്കാര്യം വ്യക്തമായതായും സുപ്രീംകോടതിയില് ഫയല് ചെയ്ത ഹര്ജിയില് മനോജ് ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി.
മനോജിന് വേണ്ടി സീനിയര് അഭിഭാഷകന് വി. ചിദംബരേഷ്, അഭിഭാഷകന് മനു കൃഷ്ണന് എന്നിവര് ഹാജരായി. കേരള ഫിലിം ഡിസ്ട്രിബ്യുട്ടേര്സ് അസോസിയേഷന് വേണ്ടി സീനിയര് അഭിഭാഷകന് സന്തോഷ് പോളാണ് ഹാജരായത്.
