മലപ്പുറം: പള്ളിയിൽ നമസ്കാരത്തിനിടെ മൊബൈൽഫോൺ മോഷ്ടിച്ചയാൾ പിടിയിലായി. നെന്മാറ സ്വദേശി ഷംസുദ്ദീനെയാണ് തിരൂർ പോലീസ് അറസ്റ്റ്ചെയ്തത്. മോഷ്ടിച്ച മൊബൈൽഫോൺ തിരൂരിലെ കടയിൽ വിൽക്കാനെത്തിയപ്പോഴാണ് ഇയാൾ പിടിയിലായത്.
കഴിഞ്ഞ തിങ്കളാഴ്ച വൈകിട്ടാണ് തിരുനാവായ രാങ്ങാട്ടൂർ ജുമാമസ്ജിദിൽനിന്ന് പ്രതി മൊബൈൽഫോൺ മോഷ്ടിച്ചത്. പള്ളിയിൽ നമസ്കാരം നടക്കുന്നതിനിടെ ജനലരികിൽവെച്ചിരുന്ന മൊബൈൽഫോൺ ഇയാൾ മോഷ്ടിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. രാങ്ങാട്ടൂർ സ്വദേശി അബൂബക്കറിന്റേതായിരുന്നു മൊബൈൽഫോൺ.
മോഷണത്തിന്റെ ദൃശ്യങ്ങൾ പള്ളിയിലെ സിസിടിവി ക്യാമറയിൽ പതിഞ്ഞിരുന്നു. ഈ ദൃശ്യങ്ങൾ സാമൂഹികമാധ്യമങ്ങളിലടക്കം പ്രചരിച്ചു. ഇതിനിടെയാണ് മോഷണംനടന്ന് രണ്ടാംദിവസം ഷംസുദ്ദീൻ ഫോൺ വിൽക്കാനായി തിരൂരിലെ കടയിലെത്തിയത്. എന്നാൽ, ഷംസുദ്ദീനെ കണ്ട് സംശയം തോന്നിയ വ്യാപാരികൾ ഇയാളെ തടഞ്ഞുവെയ്ക്കുകയും പോലീസിൽ വിവരമറിയിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. തുടർന്ന് തിരൂർ പോലീസെത്തി പ്രതിയെ അറസ്റ്റ്ചെയ്തു.
