ചെറായി: സഹോദരന് സാഹിത്യ പുരസ്കാരം മാധവന് പുറച്ചേരിയുടെ 'അമ്മയുടെ ഓര്മപ്പുസ്തകം' എന്ന ജീവചരിത്ര ഗ്രന്ഥത്തിന്. മാതൃഭൂമി ബുക്സാണ് പുസ്തകം പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചത്. 20,000 രൂപയും പ്രശസ്തി ഫലകവുമടങ്ങുന്നതാണ് പുരസ്കാരം.
സഹോദരന് അയ്യപ്പന്റെ 134-ാം ജന്മദിനമായ 22-ന് 3.30-ന് സ്പീക്കര് എ.എന്. ഷംസീര് പുരസ്കാരം നല്കുമെന്ന് സഹോദരന് അയ്യപ്പന് സ്മാരക സമിതി ചെയര്മാന് എസ്. ശര്മ പത്രസമ്മേളനത്തില് പറഞ്ഞു.
എന്.എസ്. മാധവന് മുഖ്യ പ്രഭാഷണം നടത്തും. കണ്ണൂര് ജില്ലയിലെ പുറച്ചേരി സ്വദേശിയാണ് മാധവന്.
