മനാമ:ബഹ്റൈനിലെ പ്രവാസി തൊഴിലാളികൾക്ക് നിലവിലെ വർക്ക് പെർമിറ്റ് നിലനിർത്തിക്കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ മറ്റൊരു സ്ഥാപനത്തിൽ താത്ക്കാലികമായി ജോലി ചെയ്യാൻ ഇനി അനുമതി ലഭിക്കും. ഗാർഹിക തൊഴിലാളികൾ ഒഴികെയുള്ള വിദേശ ജീവനക്കാർക്കാണ് പുതിയ സൗകര്യം ലഭിക്കുക.
പ്രവാസി തൊഴിലാളിക്ക് നിലവിലെ വിസയിൽ തുടർന്നുകൊണ്ട് പരമാവധി മൂന്ന് മാസം വരെ മറ്റൊരു സ്ഥാപനത്തിൽ ജോലി ചെയ്യാൻ അനുവദിക്കുന്നതാണ് പുതിയ ചട്ടമെന്ന് എൽ.എം.ആർ.എ അറിയിച്ചു. തൊഴിലാളിയുടെ രേഖാമൂലമുള്ള സമ്മതത്തിന് പുറമെ നിലവിലെ തൊഴിലുടമ, തൊഴിലാളിയെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന സ്ഥാപനം, എൽ.എം.ആർ.എ എന്നിവരുടെ അംഗീകാരവും ലഭിക്കണം.
തൊഴിലാളിയെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന സ്ഥാപനത്തിന് നിലവിലെ സ്ഥാപനത്തിന്റെ അതേ ബഹ്റൈനൈസേഷൻ നിരക്കോ അതിലും ഉയർന്ന നിരക്കോ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം. നിരക്ക് കുറവാണെങ്കിൽ എൽ.എം.ആർ.എ നിശ്ചയിച്ച പ്രത്യേക ഫീസ് ബാധകമാകും. താത്ക്കാലിക ജോലി കാലയളവിൽ തൊഴിലാളിയുടെ വേതനം ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള എല്ലാ തൊഴിൽ അവകാശങ്ങളും സംരക്ഷിക്കാനുള്ള നിയമപരമായ ഉത്തരവാദിത്തം ഇരു തൊഴിലുടമകൾക്കുമുണ്ടാകും.
