ന്യൂഡല്‍ഹി: ദക്ഷിണേന്ത്യയില്‍നിന്നുള്ള താന്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പടെയുള്ള ജഡ്ജിമാര്‍ക്ക് ഉയര്‍ന്ന ശബ്ദത്തില്‍ അഭിഭാഷകര്‍ നടത്തുന്ന വാദം കേള്‍ക്കുന്നത് ഭയമാണെന്ന് ചീഫ് ജസ്റ്റിസ് എന്‍.വി. രമണ. കേസില്‍ മെറിറ്റ് ഇല്ലാത്തപ്പോഴാണ് അഭിഭാഷകര്‍ ഉയര്‍ന്ന ശബ്ദത്തില്‍ വാദിക്കുന്നതെന്നാണ് തന്റെ വിലയിരുത്തലെന്നും ചീഫ് ജസ്റ്റിസ് അഭിപ്രായപ്പെട്ടു.
സീനിയര്‍ അഭിഭാഷകന്‍ മുകുള്‍ റോത്തഗി വാദിക്കുന്നതിനിടയില്‍ എതിര്‍ കക്ഷിക്ക് വേണ്ടി ഹാജരായ സീനിയര്‍ അഭിഭാഷകന്‍ നീരജ് കിഷന്‍ കൗള്‍ ശബ്ദമുയര്‍ത്തി എതിര്‍വാദം ഉന്നയിച്ചപ്പോഴാണ് ചീഫ് ജസ്റ്റിസ് തന്റെ അഭിപ്രായം അറിയിച്ചത്.
ഉയര്‍ന്ന ശബ്ദത്തില്‍ വാദിക്കുന്നത് ആരോഗ്യത്തിന് ഗുണകരമല്ലെന്ന് ചീഫ് ജസ്റ്റിസ് പറഞ്ഞു. അത് കേസിന്റെ വിധിയെ ഒരു തരത്തിലും ബാധിക്കില്ല. അതിനാല്‍ ആരോഗ്യം കണക്കിലെടുത്ത് ശബ്ദം കുറച്ച് എല്ലാവരും വാദിക്കാന്‍ ശ്രമിക്കണമെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം നിര്‍ദേശിച്ചു.
