കൊച്ചി കളമശേരി കുസാറ്റ് കാമ്പസിനുള്ളില് ആഡംബര കാറിന് തീപിടിച്ചു. ആളപായമില്ല. ബുധനാഴ്ച ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് രണ്ട് മണിയോടുകൂടിയാണ് കാറിന് തീപിടിച്ചത്. സര്വീസിനായി വര്ക്ക്ഷോപ്പില് നല്കിയ കാര് ടെസ്റ്റ്ഡ്രൈവ് നടത്തുന്നതിനിടെയാണ് അപകടമുണ്ടായത്. ഡ്രൈവിനിടെ വാഹനത്തില്നിന്ന് പുക ഉയരുന്നത് ശ്രദ്ധയില്പ്പെട്ട വര്ക്ക്ഷോപ്പ് ജീവനക്കാരന് കാര് നിര്ത്തി പുറത്തിറങ്ങുകയായിരുന്നു. വിദ്യാര്ഥികള് തീ അണയ്ക്കാന് ശ്രമിച്ചെങ്കിലും കാര്യമുണ്ടായില്ല. കാര് പൂര്ണമായി കത്തിനശിച്ചു. സമീപത്തുള്ള വാഹനങ്ങള് വിദ്യാര്ഥികള് മാറ്റിയതിനാല് വന് അപകടം ഒഴിവായി
