ആലപ്പുഴ: വലിയചുടുകാടില് പുന്നപ്ര-വയലാര് സമരസേനാനികളുടെ സ്മരണയ്ക്കായി സിപിഎം നിര്മിച്ച സ്മാരകസ്തൂപം നവീകരിക്കുന്നു. ഇതിന്റെ ഭാഗമായുള്ള നിര്മാണപ്രവര്ത്തനം തുടങ്ങി. ലളിതകലാ അക്കാദമിയുടെ പാനലിലുള്ള കരാറുകാരുടെ സഹായത്തോടെയാണ് നിര്മാണം. അഞ്ചുലക്ഷം രൂപയോളം ചെലവഴിച്ചാണ് നിര്മാണം പൂര്ത്തിയാക്കുക. ചെലവ് പൂര്ണമായും സിപിഎം തന്നെയാണു വഹിക്കുന്നത്.
ചുടുകാട്ടില് സിപിഎം, സിപിഐ പാര്ട്ടികള് പ്രത്യേകം പ്രത്യേകം സ്മാരകങ്ങള് നിര്മിച്ചിരുന്നു. സിപിഐയുടെ അധീനതയിലുള്ള രക്തസാക്ഷിസ്തൂപം കഴിഞ്ഞവര്ഷം നവീകരിച്ചതാണ്. ഇതിനു പിന്നാലെയാണു സിപിഎമ്മും നവീകരണത്തിനു തയ്യാറായത്. ഈ മാസം അവസാനം പുന്നപ്ര-വയലാര് വാരാചരണത്തിനു മുന്പുതന്നെ നിര്മാണം പൂര്ത്തിയാക്കുന്നതിനാണ് സിപിഎം തീരുമാനിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്.
