മുംബൈ: മുംബൈ ടി.ആര്.പി. തട്ടിപ്പുകേസില് അറസ്റ്റുചെയ്യപ്പെട്ട ബാര്ക്ക് മുന് സി.ഇ.ഒ. പാര്ഥോദാസ് ഗുപ്തയ്ക്ക് ബോംബെ ഹൈക്കോടതി ജാമ്യം അനുവദിച്ചു. അനുമതി കൂടാ രാജ്യം വിടരുതെന്ന വ്യവസ്ഥയോടെയാണ് ജാമ്യം അനുവദിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്.
കേസില് ഡിസംബര് 24ന് അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ട പാര്ഥോദാസ് അന്നുമുതല് ജയിലിലാണ്. സെഷന് കോടതി ജാമ്യം നിഷേധിച്ചതിനെത്തുടര്ന്ന് ജനുവരിയിലാണ് പാര്ഥോദാസ് ഗുപ്ത ഹൈക്കോടതിയെ സമീപിച്ചത്.
നേരത്തെ പാര്ഥോദാസ് ഗുപ്തയും ടി.ആര്.പി. തട്ടിപ്പുകേസിലെ മറ്റൊരു പ്രതിയായ റിപ്പബ്ലിക് ടി.വി. എഡിറ്റര് ഇന് ചീഫ് അര്ണബ് ഗോസ്വാമിയും തമ്മില് നടത്തിയതായി പറയുന്ന വാട്സാപ്പ് ആശയവിനിമയത്തിന്റെ രേഖകള് സാമൂഹ്യ മാധ്യമങ്ങളില് പ്രചരിച്ചിരുന്നു.
