ശ്രീനഗര്: മുന് ഐ.എ.എസ്. ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനും ജമ്മു കശ്മീര് പീപ്പിള്സ് മൂവ്മെന്റ്(ജെ.കെ.പി.എം.) പാര്ട്ടി അധ്യക്ഷനുമായ ഷാ ഫൈസലിനെ പൊതുസുരക്ഷാ നിയമ പ്രകാരം അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തു.
നിലവില് ഫറൂഖ് അബ്ദുള്ള, ഒമര് അബ്ദുള്ള, മെഹബൂബ മുഫ്തി, അലി മുഹമ്മദ് സാഗര്, സര്താജ് മദനി, ഹിലാല് ലോണ് തുടങ്ങിയവരെയും പൊതുസുരക്ഷാ നിയമപ്രകാരം അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്.
കഴിഞ്ഞവര്ഷം ഓഗസ്റ്റ് 14 മുതല് ഷാ ഫൈസല് കരുതല് തടങ്കലിലാണ്. പിന്നീട് അറസ്റ്റ് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ ശേഷം ഇദ്ദേഹത്തെ ശ്രീനഗറിലെ എംഎല്എ ഹോസ്റ്റലിലേക്ക് മാറ്റിയിരുന്നു.
പൊതുസുരക്ഷാ നിയമം ചുമത്തിയ പശ്ചാത്തലത്തില് ഫൈസലിനെ വീട്ടിലേക്ക് മാറ്റുമോ അതോ എം.എല്.എ. ഹോസ്റ്റലില് തന്നെ പാര്പ്പിക്കുമോ എന്ന കാര്യം വ്യക്തമായിട്ടില്ല.
