എടപ്പാള്: തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പില് വോട്ടുചെയ്യാന് വോട്ടറുടെ സീരിയല് നമ്പറടക്കമുള്ളവ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ ബൂത്ത് സ്ലിപ്പ് ഇനി ഫോണിലെത്തും. ആദ്യകാലത്ത് രാഷ്ട്രീയ പാര്ട്ടി പ്രതിനിധികളാണ് ഇത് വീടുകളില് വിതരണം ചെയ്തിരുന്നത്. പിന്നീട് ഇത് ബി.എല്.ഒമാര് നേരിട്ട് വീട്ടിലെത്തിച്ചു നല്കിയിരുന്നു.
ഇനിമുതല് വോട്ടര്ക്ക് മൊബൈല് ഫോണില്നിന്ന് ഡൗണ്ലോഡ് ചെയ്തെടുക്കാം. 1950 എന്ന നമ്പറിലേക്ക് ECI<space>വോട്ടര് ഐ.ഡി.നമ്പര് എന്ന് എസ്.എം.എസ്. അയക്കണം. 15 സെക്കന്ഡിനുള്ളില് വോട്ടറുടെ പേരും പാര്ട്ട് നമ്പറും സീരിയല് നമ്പറും ഫോണില് സന്ദേശമായെത്തും.
