'തമിഴ്‌നാടിന്റെ റെക്കോര്‍ഡ് ഭേദിക്കാന്‍ നര്‍ത്തകര്‍ക്കായി സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ നടത്തുന്ന ഒരു പരിപാടി എന്നാണ് കരുതിയത്. ഈ അപകടം നടന്നപ്പോഴാണ് ബാക്കി കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ അറിയുന്നത്. ശരിക്കും കബളിപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടു. ഏതെങ്കിലുമൊരു സംഘടനയ്ക്ക് റെക്കോര്‍ഡ് വാങ്ങിനല്‍കാന്‍ ഈ കുട്ടികളെന്തിന് പണം മുടക്കി കഷ്ടപ്പെടണം'. ഇത്രയും പേര്‍ക്ക് ഇരിക്കാനോ നില്‍ക്കാനോ പോലുമുള്ള സജ്ജീകരണം സംഘാടകര്‍ ഒരുക്കിയില്ല. പരിപാടി കഴിഞ്ഞ് മൂന്നും നാലും മണിക്കൂറാണ് കുട്ടികള്‍ക്ക് ബസ്സിനുള്ളില്‍ തന്നെ ഇരിക്കേണ്ടി വന്നതെന്നും അവര്‍ ആരോപിച്ചു
