Inshort- Sibi Malayil shared his insights on the unexpected success of the re-released film "Devadoothan." He mentioned that it's quite unusual for a film that didn't perform well at the box office to be re-released. To make the re-release more appealing, he edited out certain parts of the film that he personally felt didn't work as well. Furthermore, he expressed his surprise at how a film that was initially rejected by the audience has now found a new following among the younger generation. He believes that the current generation has a better understanding and appreciation for the film compared to when it was first released.
