തൃശ്ശൂർ: റെയിൽവേ സ്റ്റേഷനുകളിൽ മൊബൈൽ ഫോൺ മോഷണം പെരുകിയതോടെ യാത്രക്കാരെ ബോധവത്കരിക്കാനാണ് തൃശ്ശൂർ റെയിൽവേ പോലീസ് ക്ലാസ് നടത്തിയത്. യാത്രക്കാർ കൂടിയിരുന്ന രണ്ടാം പ്ലാറ്റ്ഫോമിൽ ക്ലാസ് തുടങ്ങിയപ്പോൾ യാത്രക്കാരിൽ ഒരാൾ അസ്വസ്ഥനായിരിക്കുന്നത് പോലീസ് ശ്രദ്ധിച്ചു. ക്ലാസിനിടെ ഇയാൾ അവിടെനിന്നുമാറി ഒന്നാം പ്ലാറ്റ്ഫോമിലേക്ക് പോകുകയും ചെയ്തു.
ക്ലാസുമായി പോലീസ് ഒന്നാം പ്ലാറ്റ്ഫോമിലെത്തിയപ്പോഴും ഇയാൾ അവിടെനിന്നു മാറി. സംശയം തോന്നി പോലീസ് പിടികൂടി ചോദ്യംചെയ്തപ്പോൾ യാത്രാരേഖകളില്ലാതിരുന്ന ഇയാളിൽനിന്ന് വിലകൂടിയ മൊബൈൽ ഫോൺ കണ്ടെത്തി. ഞായറാഴ്ച ഹുഗ്ലി എക്സ്പ്രസിൽ ശാസ്താംകോട്ടയിൽനിന്ന് ബെംഗളൂരുവിലേക്ക് ജനറൽ കോച്ചിൽ യാത്രചെയ്ത കൊല്ലം സ്വദേശിയായ അഭിജിത്തിന്റെ നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട ഫോൺ ആണിതെന്ന് തിരിച്ചറിഞ്ഞു. പാലക്കാട്ടുവെച്ച് ഫോൺ മോഷണം പോയതിനെപ്പറ്റി അഭിജിത്ത് േപാലീസിൽ പരാതിപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു.
മോഷ്ടാവ് മലപ്പുറം തിരൂർ കടപ്പുറം അരിയന്റെ പുരയ്ക്കൽ സൂഫിയാൻ (25) ആണെന്ന് കണ്ടെത്തിയതോടെ പോലീസ് അവരുടെ ആപ്പ് ഉപയോഗിച്ച് പരിശോധന നടത്തി. െകാലപാതകശ്രമം ഉൾപ്പെടെ 10 കേസുകളിലെ പ്രതിയെയാണ് തങ്ങൾ പിടികൂടിയതെന്ന് റെയിൽവേ പോലീസിന് അപ്പോഴാണ് മനസ്സിലായത്.
