പെട്രോൾ പമ്പുകളിലെ ശൗചാലയങ്ങള്‍ പൊതുഉപയോഗത്തിന് തുറന്നുകൊടുക്കണമെന്ന് പമ്പുടമകളെ നിർബന്ധിക്കാനാവില്ലെന്ന് കേരള ഹൈക്കോടതി സർക്കാരിന് നിർദേശം നൽകിയിരിക്കുന്നു. കേസ് വീണ്ടും ജൂലൈ 17ന് പരിഗണിക്കും. യാത്രക്കാരായ സ്ത്രീകൾക്ക് വലിയ ആശ്വാസമായിരുന്നു പെട്രോൾ പമ്പുകളിലെ ശൗചാലയങ്ങള്‍ അ‌തേസമയം, ഉപഭോക്താക്കൾക്ക് ഉൾപ്പെടെ അ‌സൗകര്യമുണ്ടാകുന്നെന്ന് പമ്പുടമകൾ ചൂണ്ടിക്കാണിക്കുന്നു. ഹൈക്കോടതി നിർദേശത്തിന്റെ പശ്ചാത്തലത്തിൽ പൊതുജനങ്ങളും പമ്പിലെ ജീവനക്കാരും പ്രതികരിക്കുന്നു.
