‘അണലി’ വെബ് സീരിസിന് പ്രദർശന വിലക്ക്: വേഗത്തിൽ തീരുമാനമെടുക്കാൻ ഹൈക്കോടതി നിർദേശം

കൊച്ചി: കൂടത്തായി കൊലക്കേസിനെ ആസ്‌പദമാക്കി ഒരുക്കിയ ‘അണലി’ വെബ് സീരിസിന്റെ സംപ്രേഷണം തടഞ്ഞതിനെതിരായ കേസിൽ വേഗത്തിൽ തീരുമാനമെടുക്കാൻ എറണാകുളം മുൻസിഫ് കോടതിക്ക് ഹൈക്കോടതി നിർദേശം നൽകി. ജിയോസ്റ്റാർ ഇന്ത്യ ലിമിറ്റഡ് നൽകിയ ഹർജിയിലാണ് ജസ്റ്റിസ് എസ്. ഈശ്വരന്റെ ഉത്തരവ്.

കേസിലെ മുഖ്യപ്രതി ജോളി ജോസഫ് നൽകിയ അന്യായത്തിലാണ് സീരീസിന് മുൻസിഫ് കോടതി സ്റ്റേ ഏർപ്പെടുത്തിയത്. പരമ്പര പുറത്തുവന്നാൽ വിചാരണയെ ബാധിക്കുമെന്നായിരുന്നു പ്രതിയുടെ പരാതി.

സ്റ്റേ നീക്കണമെന്ന ജിയോസ്റ്റാറിന്റെ ഹർജിയിൽ അടുത്തയാഴ്ച വാദം കേൾക്കണമെന്നും തുടർന്ന് പത്തു ദിവസത്തിനകം തീർപ്പാക്കണമെന്നും ഹൈക്കോടതി നിർദേശിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു.
