In sunny days, Raju the Ice cream man comes to the school every day with his cart. He rings a bell and the children rush out during recess time. "Ice cream for sale, ice cream for sale!",  he shouts, "all kinds of flavours I have! Vanilla, Strawberry, Chocolate and Pista! Come and buy my ice cream!" "Can you give me a Choco-bar, uncle?" asks Nimesh. "Certainly!" cries Raju and he takes out a delicious, brown Choco-bar from the ice box and hands it to the boy. "Ten rupees!", he tells Nimesh and the boy gives him the money and licks his ice cream happily. "Yummy!" he tells his friends and runs away.

The children are excited and they all begin to shout. "Give us ice cream! Give us ice cream!" There are too many children and Raju cannot hear what they are saying. "Wait, children!" he tells them, "One after the other! Stand in a queue, please!" The children form a queue and everyone gets the ice cream of their choice. Rajeev buys butterscotch, Shanti gets a vanilla ball, Ganesh wants an orange-cola and Mira is happy with her strawberry cone! "Thank you, uncle Raju!" the children tell the Ice-cream man, "please come again tomorrow!" "I will!" says Raju with a smile, "but please do not throw your ice cream wrappers on the road, put them in the dust bin in your school!"  "We will, uncle Raju!" shout out the children and the Ice cream man pushes his cart, rings the bell and goes away.
