ജാർഖണ്ഡ് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി ഹേമന്ത് സോറന്റെ മാതാവ് രൂപി സോറൻ അന്തരിച്ചു

റാഞ്ചി: ജാർഖണ്ഡ് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി ഹേമന്ത് സോറന്റെ മാതാവ് രൂപി സോറൻ (80) അന്തരിച്ചു. റാഞ്ചിയിലെ സ്വകാര്യ ആശുപത്രിയിൽ ബുധനാഴ്ച വൈകുന്നേരമായിരുന്നു അന്ത്യം.

ശ്വാസതടസ്സത്തെ തുടർന്ന് സെപ്റ്റംബർ 18-നാണ് രൂപി സോറനെ ആശുപത്രിയിൽ പ്രവേശിപ്പിച്ചത്. ആരോഗ്യനില വഷളായതിനെ തുടർന്ന് വെന്റിലേറ്റർ സഹായത്തോടെ ചികിത്സയിലായിരുന്നു.

ജാർഖണ്ഡ് മുക്തി മോർച്ച (ജെ.എം.എം) സ്ഥാപകനും മുൻ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയുമായ അന്തരിച്ച ഷിബു സോറന്റെ ഭാര്യയാണ്. ബുധനാഴ്ച രാവിലെ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി ഹേമന്ത് സോറൻ ആശുപത്രിയിലെത്തി മാതാവിനെ സന്ദർശിച്ചിരുന്നു.

രാംഗഡിലെ നെമ്രയിൽ വ്യാഴാഴ്ച സംസ്‌കാര ചടങ്ങുകൾ നടക്കും. രൂപീ സോറന്റെ നിര്യാണത്തിൽ ഗവർണർ സന്തോഷ് കുമാർ ഗംഗ്വാർ, മുൻ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി ചംപായ് സോറൻ ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ളവർ അനുശോചനം രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി.

She was the wife of late Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) founder and former Chief Minister Shibu Soren. CM Hemant Soren had visited his mother at the hospital earlier on Wednesday morning. The funeral rites are scheduled to take place in Nemra, Ramgarh, on Thursday.
