1.Between two passengers at a bus stop

David : Would you please stop smoking or sit a little farther away? I can't put up with this as I'm allergic to smoke.

William : Oh, I'm sorry. I'll stop it.

2.Student complaining to the Principal

Vaishnavi: Good morning, sir. I am afraid I've a grievance to bring to your notice.

Principal: Sit down Vaishnavi. What's the complaint about?

Vaishnavi: Sir, we have sitxys ystems in our digital library. But unfortunately, more than ten of them aren't functioning properly. We had informed it to the person concerned. But the issue remains unresolved.

3. Passenger complaining to TTE

Shikha: I would like to complain in strong terms about a copassenger.

TTE : What's the matter madam?

Shikha : Berth no. 57 is mine as per the chart. But right now it's occupied by a person who refuses to vacate it. I doubt if he's drunk.

TTE : Just a minute madam. I'll see to it.

4. Customer complaining to the customer care executive

Rashid: I'm afraid I must tell you about a serious issue.

CCE : Sir, please let me know what the issue is.

Rashid: I did a recharge yesterday for extending the validtiy of my plan. But it's not been activated. I am unable to make calls now.

CCE : We are sorry that you had such a difficutly sir. Shall check what the problem is. Please tell me the details.
