Who failed in Plus Two? @ Big Debate

Kochi: High Court on Monday quashed the review petition filed by the Kerala government in the allocation of Plus Two. The demand of the government to withdraw the earlier single bench decision to allot plus two batches only to the school recommended by the Higher Secondary Director was not taken for review by the division bench. With the HC putting down the petition, the admission to new plus two schools sanctioned skipping the laws cannot be done. Division bench blamed government for violating the directive given by HC in the allocation of new plus two schools and government did a grave mistake by not inspecting the merit of the schools before given plus two batches.
