Notice to cabinet sub-committee not acceptable: CM

Thiruvananthapuram: Chief Minister Oommen Chandy during the cabinet briefing comes vehemently upon the High Court verdict on Plus Two case. He said that the notice send to cabinet sub-committee is not acceptable. He asks the need of government if they have to accept all the recommendations of High Secondary Director. The government will clarify the need of Plus Two in front of the court. Meanwhile, the Committee on Petitions of the Kerala Legislative Assembly found out that the Plus Two allocation was unscientific. The committee says that with a 10% increase in seats the Plus Two issues could have been solved. Moreover, the new appointments for these batches would incur nearly 240 crores of liability to the exchequer.
