Government to challenge HC order in plus two

Thiruvanathapuram: Cabinet convened here today decided to file an appeal against the interim order of the High Court staying permission to new plus two batches and schools. The meeting has also ordered the Advocate General to submit relevant details in convincing the Court that the schools were allotted according to the local need of the students. The meeting also give consent to bring out a new government order in expediting the admission procedures to 500 batches.
