Kochi: The High Court comes vehemently against KSRTC and asks to shut down corporation which is running at a loss. At present the government is aiding KSRTC with 60 crore rupees per month. This in effect is squandering the money of taxpayers. The court clarifies that if KSRTC is shut down, it will lessen the overload work of a minister and will never affect the common man. The High Court said this while considering a group of petitions on employees’ salary reformation. Justice Abdul Rahim points out that government will get more private buses to run in the KSRTC route.
