Is Malappuram kitchen cabinet ruling Kerala? @Big Debate

According to CM Chandy, on the pretext of fulfilling the educational urge of students the cabinet decided to sanction 699 new plus-two batches with a minimum of 40 students per batch, across the state this year. A 4th cabinet meeting, where the objection of the finance minister was over-ridden by an unified phalanx of Muslim League ministers, took action on the report submitted by the sub-committee on this vexed issue. However, no new posts would be created for this. New batches have been sanctioned in 131 schools in panchayats, which did not have plus two schools.
