Changed Higher Secondary schedule upset students

Kollam: Higher Secondary students complain that the new time schedule is adversely affecting them. The new time change which has been implemented by extending the time of week days so as to avoid Saturday classes is giving suffocation with these students have to sit for continuous ten hours in classes. Many of the girl students have developed health related diseases due to this. Students say that they won’t get sufficient time to even breathe during periods. Moreover, the five minute break and a half hour lunch break are not sufficient for them. Experts blame that the government had implemented the unscientific change without even having a discussion.
