Kochi: Putting the student community life in peril, Transport Department has lowered the restriction time imposed on tippers in the state. According to the new order from the Department Sec has decreased an hour each in the morning and evening from the restriction timing. With which new revised timing restriction on running will only be applicable from 9-10 in the morning and 4-5 in the evening.
