Malicious in-fight in state IAS cadre

Thiruvananthapuram: Nasty in-fight in state IAS cadre came to light. The issue became more complicated when a section of IAS officers came to forefront against Chief Secretary E K Bharat Bhushan. The officers’ allege that Chief Secretary reduces score by interfering into their confidential report thus hold promotion. Bharat Bhushan reacted that a section of officers of IAS Association is behind this allegation. At first Raju Narayana Swamy came against Bharat Bhushan before the IAS Association.
