Thalassery Circus Academy under close down threat
Thalassery: The Circus Academy in Thalassery is under close down threat as no one is coming to learn this art. The academy will announce their close down within one week. As no one came to join academy in last two years, government stayed away from putting advertisement inviting students. The academy started in 2010 and has only eight students and that too from outside Kerala. According to government it has no gain in teaching these students at lakhs worth cost. The ten acre land taken to build the academy will be returned back to the owner soon. Now the academy is working in a rented building at Palayadu in Thalassery.
