Chief Sec mentally torturing: Raju Narayana Swamy

Thiruvananthapuram: Civil Servant Raju Narayana Swamy has come open against chief secretary Bharath Bhushan. In a complaint given to IAS Association, Swamy alleges that Bharath Bhushan has mentally tortured him for not abiding to his request to help the illegal resorts operating in Munnar during the demolition drive of 2007. Swamy also has raised his complaint in the Central Administrative Tribunal that during when he was Civil Supplies Commissioner the remarks against him during when a vigilance inquiry was in place were removed with the permission of Chief Minister and infuriated in this act Bhushan has sought an explanatory memo and lowered his Yearly performance grade.
