Orphanage grant: social justice dept support fraudulence

Thiruvananthapuram: Orphanages incur unauthorized grant in the name of other state children. It was found during the examination of Local Fund Audit that the Social Justice department permitted money without any proper direction. While bringing children from other states they should get the consent of that government. Kerala does not have to give grant for such children. The social justice department gave grant to Mukkam Muslim orphanage without taking action against discrepancy. In the last two years the social justice department granted Rs. 14, 56,775. It has been adjudged as the fall in the part of department for not taking action against Mukkam orphanage.
