Govt to approach HC to remove references

Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala Government is planning to approach high court to remove references made by the High Court last day in the land fraud cases. Government is of having the opinion that many of the references made by the court against the government have come outside of the concerned topic in the court. The references against chief minister and the government during the time of elections have given an extra wand in the hands of opposition to criticise the government. Government is planning to give appeal or revision petition in order get removed the references. AG has sought the opinion in the regard and necessary action will only be taken after that.
