MT Wants Randamoozham Script Returned, To Move Court

Kozhikode: Author MT Vasudevan Nair has decided to withdraw from the movie adaptation of his novel ‘Randamoozham’. He will approach the court on Thursday demanding his screenplay back as the contract with the director has expired. Director Sreekumar Menon was planning to make ‘Randamoozham’ into a movie. MT Vasudevan Nair had handed over the screenplay on a contract for three years after the discussions. The director had then said that the movie will be completed within this period. But even after three years, the shoot of the movie has not yet started. B. R. Shetty was supposed to produce the movie. And it was announced that Mohanlal would be playing the lead role of Bheeman.
