#metoo Campaign: Journalist Accuses Union Minister MJ Akbar

New Delhi: The #metoo campaign which was started in Bollywood has extended into the media as well. Two famous personalities from national dailies of Times of India and Hindustan Times have either resigned or availed long leave post this issue. Latest to be involved in this is MJ Akbar, who is the Minister of State for External Affairs and was also a journalist. It was the journalist, Priya Ramani, who has accused Akbar who was the former founding editor of The Telegraph, through Twitter post which referred to a Vogue magazine article which was published a year ago.
