Salary Challenge: HC Stays No Consent Letter

Kochi: The High Court has stayed the direction of the state government which demanded a no consent letter from the employees who are unwilling to donate their one month's salary for flood relief. The court said that employees may contribute an amount of their choice. It also ordered that the tribunal should conduct a detailed evaluation in this regard. The government had demanded that the government employees and teachers must contribute their one month’s salary to the CM’s flood relief fund.
