No free ration for Kerala amidst flood havoc

T'Puram: No free rice was allowed as ration for the state amidst the recent floods. The state has to pay Rs 233 crore to center for getting the allocated 89540 metric ton rice. The amount will be deducted from the Food Safety scheme if the state fails to pay.
