Rain subsides: Kuttanad remains flooded

Alappuzha: Though the rains have declined, many parts of the state including Kuttanad remains flooded. More than 40,000 people are staying at various rehabilitation centres. The Revenue Additional secretary P H Kurien, who had visited the camps, told Mathrubhumi News that he had given directions to buy food products from public markets if there is no enough stock in Supplyco.
