Anarchist at large @ Big Debate

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and cabinet colleagues held a ‘dharna’ {blockade} in the streets of the capital, which led to the closure of four Metro stations. The strike was called off when the Lt. Governor instructed the police officers who face investigation to go on compulsory holiday. The ‘dharna’ was in protest over three incidents involving dereliction of duty by the police. Though Kejriwal faced opposition from within party and alienated a section of his support, he could claim a partial victory. News@9 discusses the issue with writer Sara Joseph who has joined AAP, Congressman Tom Vadakkan, K M Balagopal MP of CPI {M} and advocate P S Sreedharan Pillai of BJP.
