Kannur is really cold-blooded. 30-year-old Shuhaib was killed with 37 cuts on his person, below his waist. A total of 41 cuts. Chennithala says CPM's thirst of blood remains unquenched. Sudhakaran warns not to force the party to resort to bloodshed. But, CPM is unfazed. The Kannur fort provides the strength even to those who wield the machete.
