Catfight in Malayalam moviedom

Women in Cinema Collective, believed to be the first women's organisation in Malayalam movies, marched to the limelight in a few months' time. It played a crucial role in making the police vigilant in the actress attack case which shocked the Malayalam movie industry as a whole. Yesterday, another organisation was born in the same sector under the patronage of Fefka, a big outfit helmed by film directors and technicians. B Unnikrishnan and Siby Malayil are the big names behind the new women's outfit. The new organisation is headed by Bhagylakshmi, who was not accommodated even in a small role in the other collective. The Super Prime Time explores the issue with Baiju Kottarakkara, MR Jayageetha, MA Nishad and Roy Mathew.
