Free treatment, App to help accident victims

T'puram: The finance Minister in his budget speech announced that a mobile application would be introduced to save accident victims. If a message is sent through this App, the nearest ambulance would be rushed to spot to take the victim to hospital. The money for the service would be found from the Road Safety Fund. He added that treatment would be provided free of cost to accident victims at private hospitals also.
