CMO convenes Munnar meeting excluding Revenue Minister

T'puram: The Chief Minister's office convened a meeting on Thursday to discuss the encroachment of land in Munnar and the Revenue Minister was excluded from it. The meeting was to meant to frame guidelines regarding evictions of encroachments in Munnar. Neither the Revenue Minister E Chandrasekharan nor his office was informed of the meeting. The additional chief secretary in charge of the revenue department, Advocate General, Additional Advocate General and the law secretary participated in the meeting. Private Secretary MV Jayarajan represented the Chief Minister's office at the meeting.
