NOTA to stay in Rajyasabha elections: Backlash for Congress

New Delhi: Supreme Court said that NOTA will prevail in the Rajyasabha elections. Congress had submitted a petition against the action of Election Commission that had put in place NOTA in Rajyasabha elections. The petition was considered by a bench headed by Justice Deepak Mishra. Supreme Court has also made it clear that the constituitional possibility of NOTA would be considered on September 18.
