Sangh Parivar group demands changes in NCERT text books

New Delhi: A group that has RSS sympathies said that there was no need for students to learn Rabindranath Tagore, Urudu verses or about the Gujarath riots. It also demanded that it be removed from text books that BJP was a Hindu party and National Conference a secular party. It has approached NCERT with these demands. The organization is called Shiksha Samskrithi Udhyan Nyas.
