Moral policing in Kadackal: Cops helped goons, allege woman

Kollam: In an incident in which she was tied up and beaten up by so called moral police in Kummil in Kadackal, a woman alleged that the Kadackal police helped the assailants to escape. The state women's commission recorded her statement. The incident took place on 12 June when a gang barged into a house and beat up the woman and a youth after tying them to a coconut tree.
